Equals.................DISASTER!!!! Haha we tried taking Lady with us on a bike ride today and it was horrible! I think about it and just start laughing. Before we were even 100 feet from the house her leash was already all tangled up in Stevens bike tire. She was going crazy jumping everywhere. Finally we get it untangled and start over. She almost breaks Steven's hand pulling on the leash. I just knew there was going to be a wreck! Then she starts trying to chew threw the leash so we just took her back home and put her in the back yard. Hopefully soon we can go on a bike ride with her without so much drama!

I'm in Love!

We bought bikes and a bike trailer yesterday and I'm so in love with my bike. We went on a ride when we got home with them and stayed gone for almost 2 hours.I must say, I am REALLY sore today. Its such a blast riding as a family.The kids LOVE riding in the trailer. Steven Paul kept asking to go on a bike ride so we went after nap and after we ate dinner. They just sit back there looking around.We rode all around the neighborhood and to two different parks that are close by. This is my bike....I tried taking a picture with my camera but you cant see how cute it really is. Steven's bike, his is mint green though.

A Day at School....

We had a cowboy dress-up day at school on Monday, and not many kids dressed up, including mine. I was not about to go and spend money on something that Steven Paul would not even leave on for 5 minutes. So I sent them in their shirts that Pepaw and Memaw got them from the Cowboy Hall of Fame. It was such a beautiful day that we got to eat outside. All the kids had a blast and wore themselves out playing!

Brother and Sisterly love! Its so cute. We are outside playing and they have been riding in Steven Paul's jeep for about 30 minutes. Rheanne is just sitting there with the biggest smile on her face going back and forth across the yard! Hope that they don't mind sharing a car when they are 16!!Riding her brothers big wheel! We have to get her a pink one!Oops she crashed!Riding along.......Having so much fun........

The other day, we seriously stayed outside ALL day. It was so beautiful.We went out after breakfast, then they got up from nap at 1:45 and we headed outside. We came in at around 6:30 to eat dinner. Steven had the day off so it was perfect. Him and Steven Paul played basketball and had a blast. I have finally got them on a sleeping schedule and seriously I don't know why I didn't do this months ago. When we have another one, I will defiantly get that baby on the same schedule ASAP!! We start getting ready for bed about 7:15. Take baths, brush teeth, read a book, and they are both in their own beds at 8:00!!! Its really nice to just have a few hours of peace and quiet before we go to bed. Then they both take a nap at 12:00 and usually will sleep till 1:45. They have this same sleeping pattern at school so I am keeping them on it even when we are at home. Rheanne will also take another nap around 4:00. Its great!
We went to the mall yesterday to play and Steven Paul got to see his friends Jacie and Ethan. He has not seen them in so long. On the way there he kept telling me to tell whoever I was talking to on the phone that we were going to see Jacie and Ethan! He was soo excited!! On the way home after church he says, "Mom I want a cookie from the mall." I told him that the mall was closed and he says, " Well go get the keys and unlock it so I can get a cookie!" Haha I wish it was that easy!! I am listening to him singing to his sister and she is just laughing hysterically at him right now. He loves entertaining her!
Well we are headed back outside for a couple of hours before I have to start dinner. Such a beautiful day and tomorrow it is supposed to rain so we have to soak up the sun while we can!!

Thankful!

Today at MOPS we had a discussion about how happy we are with our lives and what we are thankful for. There are so many things in our life that I am so thankful for. I have never really sat down and wrote a list of what I am thankful for but I wanted to just share a few of the things that I am most thankful for.............
--- I am so thankful that I have such an amazing husband. He works so hard everyday to provide for us so that we don't have to put our kids in daycare and I can stay at home with them. He truly is such a wonderful man and awesome dad.
--- I am so thankful for my 2 beautiful, healthy, outgoing, sweet kids. There are so many kids out there that are sick or don't have loving homes. I'm so blessed that God gave us our children.
---I am so thankful that I have such a wonderful family. I can not even imagine where I would be if I dint have the most amazing family growing up. They have done and do so much for me and I couldn't be more thankful!
---I am so thankful for having such awesome in-laws. There are so many people who cant stand to even be around their in-laws. They have been there for us so much and I couldn't have asked for a better family to marry into. They raised such a great family and I cant thank them enough for raising my husband to be such a respectful, loving, caring man.
---I am so thankful that I have a house. A place for my kids to eat, sleep, and play. I think so many times we take for granted what we have because we want more. A bigger house, a nicer car, a better job, name brand clothes. I am just thankful that I have a roof to sleep under, a car to drive, a place to work and clothes on my back.
---I am so thankful for my friends. Someone that will listen to me when I have nothing to say.
---I am so thankful that I work at a place that I can take my kids and not have to pay for childcare.
---Most importantly I am so thankful for God! Words cant even describe how amazing this man is. He can do the impossible. I am so happy that I live in a country where I can go to church wherever I want and praise him!!

I challenge everyone to just take a minute and think about everything that you are thankful for and to just thank God for all those things because without him we wouldn't have anything.

Only in Oklahoma!

The weather has been CRAZY here the past few days! From freezing cold, to high winds, to hot, back to cold, blah blah blah! I am so sick of it. I wish that it would just make its mind up what it wants to do. I pray for all those families who have lost everything to the raging fires. The other day it was sooo windy, Steven and I were driving down the highway to Warren Theatre (if you live in OK and you haven't been there, you have to go, its amazing) when all of a sudden the 18 wheeler in front of us just flips over on its side. Praise God that all of us had enough time to stop so we didn't run into him. The driver climbed out of the passenger side and luckily walked away. It was so scary! The weather is BEAUTIFUL today, but it is supposed to rain tomorrow! Maybe soon it will just stay beautiful for a few days at least.

Both kids are in Texas with my parents. They left on Wednesday and we are meeting them half way tomorrow to pick them up. Steven and I have been having a great time just spending time with each other.We went to the movies, out to eat, (its so nice just to say there are only 2 instead of 3, a booster seat and a high chair)shopping with no stroller, and I have gone to a few stores that I have been wanting to go to but you cant take kids in because the stroller don't fit, or the kids will break something. I went to garage sales this morning, I also got a new toy.......

a vacuum!! HA! Its the Dyson ball animal! It is so amazing! I cant believe how much our old vacuum was leaving behind! It grosses me out to think that my babies have been on the floor playing and crawling around with how dirty it is! I have vacuumed 4 times since yesterday and still I am getting so much dirt, hair, and who knows what else out of my carpet! GROSS!!!
