Just The Two of Us!

My parents took both kids back with them on Sunday, so it has just been me and Steven. We have had so much fun just hanging out together! Sunday we just went to the movie store and got movies and laid around all day and watched them after my parents left. Since I had been feeling fine, I suggested that we take our bikes and ride around Lake Hefner on Monday. It was so much fun and there were so many people there riding as well. We rode around the whole lake witch is about 10 miles. The lake is beautiful and really made me want go to fishing, camping, and swimming. We had so much fun and cant wait to go back and do it with the kids.
Tuesday, we went and played tennis and it was HOT! We haven't played in forever and it was a blast. When we got home we went on another bike ride just around a few neighborhoods. Then we came home and watched some more movies! It is so nice watching movies during the day and not having to wait until the kids are in bed!Wednesday was back to work days for both of us!

I leave Saturday to go to Texas for a month and work that summer camp that I have worked the past 3 years. So having this week all by ourselves has been great, but of course we cant go a day without talking to our precious kiddos (I have to admit, I call all day!Ha).

Everything Happens For A Reason!

UPDATE: So I went to the doctor today and they did another ultrasound and blood work and my uterus is completly flat and my PHL is low, so therefore I have already passed the clot and I didn't even know it. So everything is good!!

I've been missing for a week, but I'm back. We have had a very busy week! So let me fill yall in on our week. Last Tuesday night we got these.....We were so excited since we have been trying since January. I just came off my period but I had been cramping so I decided to take a test and they said YES!I went to the health department to get a real test and it said yes and the nurse said I was only 3 weeks along. Of course we were so happy and started telling a few people. I have always wondered why people wait to tell anyone that they are pregnant till they are further along, but now I know why. So Wednesday night I kinda started bleeding, it was a little weird but I didn't think much of it. Thursday when I got up my stomach was really hurting. And not just like cramps in my pelvic area but my whole stomach, and I was still bleeding. I called the doctor and she said that it is normal for some women but just to ease my mind I should go to the ER if it gets worse. I took some Tylenol and started feeling better and stopped bleeding by noon. Friday morning I got up and I had started bleeding again and I was in major pain. I go to work and then come home and wait for Steven to get home cus I was not about to take the 2 kids with me to the ER by myself. It was 7:30pm and he still wasn't home (the one day I need him home, he gets to work overtime any other time he would be home early) so I called a friend and she said she would watch the kids. So I go to the ER and I get there at 8:00pm. I only had to wait like 20 minutes and got right in. As soon as I get in they want a urine sample and me to change to one of those HUGE hospital gowns so they could get me up to an ultrasound. As the guy is doing the ultrasound, he starts asking if I have ever had problems with cyst or any other kind of problems. I tell him no because both of my other pregnancies were perfect. He tells me that there is fluid around my uterus and that he cant see anything in my uterus. I ask him if it is normal to have fluid around my uterus and he says "No, but your doctor will talk to you about it." And he leaves the room to go get someone to come and take me back to ER.Of course all kinds of things are going threw my mind. What in the world is going on. So I go back to the ER and Steven gets there. They draw blood, keep taking my blood pressure, and do a pelvic exam. So finally the doc comes in and says that they think that I have a ecktopic pregnancy, where the baby is growing in the fallopian tubes and that it is VERY dangerous and they want to admit me to the hospital because if the fallopian tube ruptures then it could kill me so they wanted to monitor me overnight and then do something about it in the morning. And they also think that I am actually 7 weeks along instead of 3. OK that's fine with me, that's the last thing I want is for something to happen. Steven leaves and goes to get the kids to take them home because by this point it is 12:00 am. So finally at 2:00 am I get up to my room and hook me up to everything you can imagine, IV, heart monitor, oxygen, blood pressure, these pantyhose things that help reduce blood clots, and some leg cuffs that help circulate the blood. They tell me that the doc will be in around 7 :00 am. I finally get to bed around 3:00am. At 6:00am they come in to get more blood and then the doc comes in a couple hours later. They had ordered the wrong test so they had to redo the test and it will take longer. She said she was going to send me for another ultrasound because if it is a tubal pregnancy then she was going to have to go in threw my c-section scar and cut it out. I asked her if it could be anything else and she said that I could have been having a miscarriage. At this point (I know it sounds bad) but I started praying that it was a miscarriage and not a tubal cus with a tubal you can have problems in the future getting pregnant. So I go in for another ultrasound and this time a radiologist was in there and she was telling the ultrasound lady where to go and what to zoom in on and all that. So the doc comes back in (hours later) and tell me that she saw a deflated sac in my uterus and my pregnancy hormone level had gone down and that it is a miscarriage and a ruptured cyst. Praise God! And I finally got to go home around 4:00pm. She said that I should pass a clot within a week or so, but I haven't yet.My parents came up just in case I was going to have to have surgery and to help with the kids. They took both kids back with them just in case I have to have a D & C.

Everyone keeps asking how I am doing and how I am handling it. I am OK with it. It would have been way harder if I would have ever seen a heartbeat and if I didn't have 2 wonderful, healthy, beautiful children already. I see it as everything happens for a reason and God has better plans. More than anything I am just happy that it was not a tubal, at least with a miscarriage we can start trying again soon!! And I feel great, I called the doctor today to see what was going on since I haven't bled since Friday morning and I am not hurting at all, but she hasn't called back yet, so we will see!

April Rose....

I follow this blog about a little girl who is due any day and the doctors say wont make it after she is born. I love reading her moms blog cus she is an amazing writer! At school today we went outside and played with sidewalk chalk. I wrote April Rose and had the kids that were there today sit around it and take a picture. Everyone please pray for this little girl and her parents. I don't think that any parent should EVER have to go threw this.

I Love Having A Girl!

This morning before school I painted Rheanne's toe nails! It turned out so cute. I am going to wait to paint her finger nails till she is older since she LOVES puting her hands in her mouth and it wont last long!!

What a Beautiful Day!

The past 2 days have been absolutely gorgeous!!We have been outside all day both days! As soon as we got home from church yesterday, Steven grilled burgers and we ate outside. We finally got to use our patio furniture that we got back in March. We stayed outside until it was time to come in and give the kids a bath to put them to bed. After school today we went outside and let the kids play in their little swimming pool. They didn't know what to think of it cus the water was kinda cold. After they were done with the water, we went out back and ate chicken that Steven cooked on the grill. The weather man says that the whole week is supposed to be this nice so I hope we don't get any surprises!!!They both love riding together in Steven Paul's jeep!Sliding down her new slide! Look at those thunder thighs!!The cutest mad face ever! She was so tired from playing all day, she went to bed at 6:00 pm and didn't wake up till the next morning at 7:45!We have to get a bigger pool, this one was busting at the seams holding both of them!
CHUNKY MONKEY!!!Her swimsuit and shoes that she got for her birthday and is already snug!!Look at those love handles!haFuture Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader!!Having so much fun!Best big brother in the world!!I think she is going to be a tomboy!!Eating outside in the beautiful weather! She was eating some flaming hot Cheetos and after her 3rd one she started trying to wipe it off her tongue! She took a drink and signed for more! Ha she eats EVERYTHING!!She is so silly....Ha he kept telling me,"My stomach is saying its hungry!"I guess it was growling?

Maybe One Day.....

I will never have to clean the bathrooms again! I was cleaning the toilet the other day and Steven Paul came in and said that he wanted to do it so I let him! I can not wait till the day that I NEVER have to do dishes (I will teach Rheanne how to do these ASAP) or clean the toilet again!!
Starting him early!Looks like hes got the hang of it!

Meet Santa Clause Asher.....

We were mowing the yard the other day (yes, I mowed, I haven't mowed in years!) and Steven found a frog. Steven Paul said that he wanted to keep it, so I came in and made it a bottle that it could not jump out of! I asked him what he wanted to name it and he said Santa Clause Asher!!! WHAT where in the world did you get that name!?!?HA.. Rheanne did not know what to think of this thing that was going crazy in the bottle! When we went back outside, we found another one so we told Steven Paul that we should let Santa Clause Asher go so that he could be with his family! He agreed so we took both of the frogs to the front yard and let them free!So proud of his frog! And of course it went EVERYWHERE he went!Rheanne wondering what in the world this thing is!Setting both of them free!

Science Museum....

We took the kids to the science museum the other day and had so much fun! They have so much to see and do. I wish we would have had more time to see everything but we didn't get there till 3 and they close at 5. I can not wait to go back without the kids so we can actually see and read everything! Their special was Ship Wreck and it was really interesting. They had a tube that you can stand in and feel like you are in a hurricane. They have a slide that is as high as a 3 story building!!! So much fun! If you live in Oklahoma or you are passing threw, you must see it!The longer you hold your hand on there, it gets warmer and changes colors.Playing at the bubble table!Steven and Steven Paul sliding down the huge slide! It was so narrow so it was hard to get down!Rheanne in front of a huge picture of a pirate that they had! Arrr!!Inside the hurricane tube! This was so cool! They were just getting in so the wind wasn't really blowing! They had a lot of different illusion stuff. If you look really close you can see what looks like people talking to each other in the back.Captain Steven Paul!Checking out the enormous train track that they had.I told him to show me his pretty teeth! He always says,"I have to brush my teeth so they don't turn yellow!"In the mirror maze, Rheanne didn't know what to think of all those babies she was seeing!Looking at all the fish in the fish tank!In front of a space simulator!

Is There Baseball In Heaven?

Two old men have been best friends for years. They both live to their early 90's. One day one of them suddenly falls deathly ill. His friend comes to visit him on his deathbed, and they're reminiscing about their long friendship, when the dying man's friend asks, "Listen, when you die, do me a favor. I want to know if there's baseball in heaven."

The dying man said, "We've been friends for years, this I'll do for you." And then he dies.

A couple days later, his surviving friend is sleeping when he hears his friend's voice. The voice says, "I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that there's baseball in heaven."

"What's the bad news?"

"You're pitching on Wednesday."
